Every time I visit this location, my order is never on the shelf for rapid pickup. Today I had to get the attention of one of at least 4 employees to receive my order which wasn't even ready. I was then asked if I wanted to make my own coffee...hmmmwould I even have that option if my order was waiting for me like it should have been? I've visited 3 other Panera locations and my order is always ready when I get there. There were no other customers in line or waiting for their order... with that being said, I'll go out of my way to another location long before I visit this one again. I only give two stars because one star depicts I hated it and I try not to use the word hate. ♀️

The only Panera bread near me. They are always cutting corners and being cheap. Twice ive ordered chicken sandwiches and found they put literally two or three small minuscule pieces of meat. You would it was literally a joke. Several times ive come here theyve forgotten parts of my order. I once ordered a green goddess salad which was meant to have kale only to find none in it and today upon asking them learned they not carry kale (to cut costs) as other Panera locations do.
