Tereible Panera Bread. While my Dad was weak and dying these heartless people got all food wrong. They made cold flatbread, discusting and sandwiches wrong for my now dead father. He asked for their menu to please now dead Mother. Shame on a Mean staff, rude and wrong. Will never return to this cold mess.

2 things -1. Look at the attached image - this was on the door. I saw this after I finished eating on the way out, was shocked, and called one of the employees to look at this. Her response was "this is outside, so it's fine"Incredible response.2. There is a guy that wears glasses with blonde, long curly hair. He has an extreme attitude issue with taking orders and will talk to you in degrading manner. I asked for the manager, he refused and continued messing up my orders. After 3 minutes, I got angry and told him - "get someone else here now"After another few minutes, I caught him on the corner talking to another employee (female) and he was down right pointing his finger at me. She came over but knew I was beyond angry so she was sensible enough to take my order without any issues.Location needs employee training. Severely.Establishment health check needs to be conducted. I will be contacting the local authorities about this.DO NOT GO.
