Panera Bread in Houston

Ordered on the machine and waited about 20 mins and no food, asked someone and they told me to just wait, then someone else took care of it finally, prob should have checked the ratings before coming in!

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. A few years ago, on Christmas Day, I was horribly sick. Didn't have the strength to make food and not much was open. But Panera was showing up on several delivery sites and their own app as open. So I placed an order. Never received food. Tried to call. No answer. Called another location only to be told they were closed. I contacted Customer Service for a refund and had to co tact them several times before someone finally told me I have to call that store for the refund. But no one would call me back.  To this day--still no refund. About a year later, I stupidly decided to give them another try. I waited and waited , watching the app, to see when my order would show it was finally being delivered. Just as I was about to call, it changed. They were on their way, or so I thought. I watched the car on the app deliver to another house and go back to the store. It sat there for a long time. Was about to cal again when it finally headed my way. I get my food--2 hours later--and half my order is missing. So I call and told them. They said "sorry--we're closed. We can deliver it tomorrow". Are you effing kidding me?? I placed the order well before you were closed and you not only didn't deliver it on a timely manner-you didn't deliver half the order. Cut to about another year later, just this January, and again--I stupidly order thinking maybe things have changed. Nope! Got my order and the drinks were missing. Call and the guy looks up my order and says that it's not delivered yet. Ummm...buddy....I don't know what to tell you because I have it in my hands. Was

Waited five minutes to order food with no one in the drive through line Infront of me. Took another 20 minutes to get my food, again no one in front of me. I had a meeting at 1pm that I was quickly becoming late too. I knocked on the window, honked and yelled to get someones attention, nothing worked. I had to call the establishment on my phone to reach someone. When I finally got through k asked about my food and requested either my food is given to me at that moment or I get a refund as I was already late to my meeting.How does it take 30 minutes to make a sandwich? Answer: it doesn't, they forget about your order and let it get cold before giving it to you.
