Terrible customer service. It seems that they hire a bunch of kids without any customer service experience, and really don't care about helping the customers. Being on their phones and talking is more important than helping the customers.

Ray is the most terrible employee who working there . i cant believe panera bread hire a racial person. who ever know this person knows what i talking about!!! i wish dont see him anymore!
