I ordered the box of 13 bagels, but received 13 hockey pucks.What the hell guys? They were stale as hell. Not just one of the 6 different types were stale. They all were.

The service at this Panera bread isn't that great and they do not have a public bathroom for you to use. I do love Panera breads coffee and pastries though. Try their chocolate muffie. It's just the top of a muffin, super yummy.
