I have been a loyal customer for years and it’s never been the best, but it has most certainly not been as bad as these last 2 times. The second to last time, we ordered food on the kiosk stand for a “for here” order, but it was served to us in a to-go bag. Understandably technology is not always very reliable so we let that one go, and the last time we came in we decided to order from someone face-to-face. You guessed it, we once again got our food in a to-go bag....

Today at lunch time decided to go to Panera Bread in Seabrook NH went to drive thru the older lady took my was rude, took for ever to get my order ready ..it was freezing out so I close my window and was on a business call..she almost smash my window to get my attention and yelled at me "saying Hello ' she had teeth missing and was very unprofessional wouldn't recommend this Panerai Bread at all.
