I made the mistake of not checking thoroughly my pick up order and called to have the items I thought I was missing brought out to my car. No questions asked the items were immediately brought out to my car. To my horror when I got home my original bag indeed contained my entire order and I now had duplicates of 2 items . I called not only to apologize for my mistake, offer to pay for the duplicate items and be reassured no one would be faulted for my mistake. I give Panera Bread 5+ stars for customer service and efficiency in filling orders.
