My cousin had the worst experience of her life here... She ordered the cheddar and steak panini without the pickled onions and with light mayo. (Weird, but good.) Anyway, it started off all good. Perfect even. As she chomped down on the sandwich, it went down smooth, but there was a price to pay. (Not including the outrageous prices of the restaurant itself.) Hours later, she felt her stomach rumble and knew it was more than a rumble. What started as just a faint rumble morphed into something brown, runny, and chunky. She found herself on and off the toilet throughout the evening hours. Missed dinner, had to eat a light breakfast, and had to continue to suffer for the whole next day. After an extensive google search and advice from family members, we came to a conclusion. FOOD POISONING! (Mild case ofc.) Later that day, the regret from eating that sandwich hit especially hard as she regurgitated and had to spit it out. Imagine how much of your dignity and time is lost spent bent over the porcelain throne. Moral of the story is, everyone deserves an experience that they enjoy when visiting Panera Bread and similar franchises. The other lesson that can be learned is to not order the steak and cheddar panini from Panera. Order a salad instead. Hope you learned your lesson Panera Bread, thanks for ruining my cousin's weekend.
