I have only been to this location once. Before I went, I was warned that they always get your order wrong. I ordered two bowls of broccoli cheese soup and a chicken frontega sandwich with no onions, to drop off to family members at a hospital. Instead, I got a cup of broccoli cheese soup, a bowl of broccoli cheese soup, and a BBQ chicken sandwich loaded with onions. The family member I was bringing the food to is allergic to onions. The order was also under the wrong name, so it sat on the shelf for 15 minutes before I asked about it, and was given a bag with someone else's name. So, I guess it was one and done! Won't go to this location again.

This is the worst Panera bread I have ever been to. Every time I go through this drive thru they mess up my order. I ask for white bread in my sandwich and I get focaccia. Last time I went through I had this issue so I made sure to make sure they put white bread into the computer. I get my order and it's the wrong bread. I was already back to work and saw it was wrong otherwise I would've went in. I guess next time I'll open the sandwich right there and then.
