Very very expensive and the food not that good

I ordered a rapid pick up order online. It was ready very quickly and the order was accurate. I used a gift card for the order and input my debit card information for the difference. The gift card didn't go through and my debit card was charged the full amount. The manager made it so simple to reconcile this issue. I was able to use the gift card and my money was refunded to my debit card. I am extremely satisfied with this Panera location's service and the food was great, obviously.

Recently, I visited a Panera Bread location in Latham, NY while on vacation with my son. After spending the morning hiking further north in Stillwater, etc. we went to get hot chocolate. So we ordered at Panera, sat down and waited 30 min for my order. Turns out, there’s a pickup station far away in a desolate part of the restaurant. So we ate $13 of big chocolate brownies that were minimal in recipe and sipped hot chocolate from large cups (default size) we talked about the days events. Also, the art on the walls was repulsive I couldn’t find anything to look at, and then we left. Thanks!
