I was honestly surprised at the high level of professionalism and competency of the staff here. Even my doctor's office isn't this nice and helpful. The food was good too!

I used to work for this company as a teenager, and my goodness this food has gone downhill. Stale bread, tiny portions in unfilled sandwiches, and mass produced bakery items didn't used to be what this place stood for, but I guess quality has taken a major hit since this place fully switched from a Paradise Bakery to a Panera Bread. So consistently disappointed lately.
