I used to love Panera but after multiple attempts at this location, I will not be returning. The dining room was closed and I ordered rapid pick up online for a group of people with 6 different sandwiches and had requested labels for the order and when I was given my order (after having to call because dining room was closed) I was told to sniff my sandwich to differentiate orders. I spoke with the manager who ultimately labeled the sandwiches but will not be returning to this establishment.

Very disappointed! Waited in drive thru for 45 minutes. The tea they gave me was brewed in a coffee urn that apparently was not cleaned out, it was cold coffee that looked like tea. Food wrapper looked wadded up and the sandwich looked like they just threw the ingredients on bread. I have no plans to go back to the Abilene Panera Bread.
