Panera Bread in ABQ gets a thumps up AND a thumbs down from me. I wasn't greeted by the two people taking near the pastries, but instead by someone in the kitchen who saw I was waiting. I ordered at 2:57pm. I was 1 of 3 people eating in the restaurant & I had to walk around the restaurant to find a clean table. Customer service and cleanliness gets a thumbs DOWN. Quality of food gets a thumbs UP. I really enjoy the freshness of your salads.
