Usually panera is nothing to fuss about the quality of the food is usually outstanding although the last time I went I ordered the chicken wild rice in a bread bowl and a 1/2 of sandwich the half of sandwich was outstanding the bread bowl contained not much soup and it was room temperature at best. This was the 1st time in a long series of visits that I had a disappointing one I'm not done with panera, I still like them.

I've never had this bad of an experience with Panera Bread even since the COVID pandemic started. I wasn't given a receipt not was I given literally anything I ordered; I order one full and one half sandwich and received a salad and a side serving of soup. This wouldn't bother me as much, but we can't eat soup and salad on a four hour drive. They weren't busy and they were cranking through orders. I'm mostly writing this review to help people double check their orders and to know to avoid this location in the future.
