I ordered for delivery because of sickness and I ordered a bread bowl. Did not receive the bread bowl or a notification of them possibly being out at this location.

We were grabbing coffee but it ran out so I asked the employees at the cashier if there was any more coffee. One girl immediately left to find coffee while this tall guy just stared at me like I was giving him a 20 item order. Then we realized that there were no lids so we went to ask again and as he was replacing it he touched the inside of the lids and didn't throw away the bag holding the lids. I threw it away for him after he walked away. The 2nd star is only because the girl gave a smile and was quick on her feet.

I have not been to this location in over a year and was hugely disappointed by the experience. I ordered an asian salad with chicken. It came in a large bowl with mostly lettuce that was slightly wilted and maybe 2 oz of chicken. There was very little dressing and the salad had no flavor at all, even the chicken had no flavor. There were some asian cruchies in the salad but very sparse. The food my friends ordered was also very poor. The lettuce and tomato on the sandwich was completely wilted. The other salad was all lettuce, most of it looked old, with very little chicken, as well. Even the tea seemed to be watered down with little flavor. The tables were dirty and the ladies bathroom was disgusting- there were no paper towels, but instead a stack of napkins to dry your hands with! Really? I have had a similar experience at Panera McKinney. Panera Bread will be off my list, never to return to any Panera location. Why pay $10 for a bowl full of lettuce, dirty tables and a filthy restroom?
