Their Staffing levels have reached the point they can no longer fulfill orders. Three customers in a row in front of me all receive refunds for online orders and then I received a refund for my order that was placed an hour prior to pickup. I would recommend people not come here for a while.

I came here to grab some food and work remotely while traveling. The facility was a little dated, but it was clean. The staff was friendly and prompt.

They don't pay attention to order modifications more times than not. Vegans beware. We experience this at all locations, over half the time. The technology Panera Bread provides to easily place orders is great, as is the dietary information on their website but it's all for nothing if your sandwich is still caked in diarrhea causing cheese, not to mention food and cost waste and going back to work hungry after your lunch break. Sometimes we can pick off things like red onion but if the bread itself has dairy, that's that. Some items have an up charge so not getting those items is an extra waste of money. If you call their customer service line and have the time to wade through all the automation, they'll just refund whatever menu item was incorrect but not to your payment method. You'll get a "Free *menu item*" coupon added to your Panera account that expires in 30 days, so you can go try again (and have to pay for the up charged items again as those aren't included in the coupon).
