They get my order wrong every time - today I was the only customer waiting and they still made the incorrect latte. I noticed on the car ride home. It’s a shorter line than Starbucks across the street but I guess I’d rather wait for the item that I actually ordered.

I usually LOVE panera bread but this visit was VERY disappointing. I ordered 2 baguettes with my soup and didn't get them I had to ask for them twice. Then I ordered a marguerita flat bread to take home and it had nothing but regular cheese on it. I gave it back and said it was the wrong one and all they did was throw some tomatoes in the middle of it and some huge chunks of raw basil. They didn't recook it at all and there was no sauce on it like they said there was under the cheese. Very very unhappy. Especially with the price. $25 FOR 2 soups and 1 flat bread that wasn't even right.
