Food is always good although Windward Pkwy Drive through is down with theirnreasoning being 'understaffed'. This has been the case for two weeks now.I called to put in an order today and the Manager - lady, said that she was 'Busy' and to go to website to order online. This was said in a tone of impatience rather than apologizing for the inconvenience. I felt very put off especially because I was dealing with flu symptoms and not feeling well. No drive through and no call in for pickup services available so I had to go into the store coughing to place my order and wait.By the way, the website menu pricing is slightly higher than in store... fyi.

After dining in here, 10 minutes later I got an email stating my panera rewards account email was updated, which I did not and then my debit card was used to charge $110 to a panera bread in NY. Clearly someone is stealing account information. When informed the manager, all they said is that it couldn't be any one from their store. I don't know what is worse the stealing or the naive manager.
