Worst Panera bread EVER! I've never had a worse food experience in my life and I'm not exaggerating. I waited 42 minutes for a rapid pick up order (and so did 30 other people) which the app said would take 5-10 minutes. I get that the entire kitchen was backed up, but they shouldn't allow for rapid pick up orders if they can't fulfill that! The staff was running around clueless and did nothing to remedy the situation. Don't even bother wasting your time at this location. And Panera, get a better app that updates in real time so this doesn't have to happen. The whole situation was so avoidable!! Pathetic.
