Service is BADCoffee is the majority of the time cold or no coffee at all.You have to repeat your order 5 times because the girls are in another planet.The girls always have a tragic face, like the world is going to end.I see better results when you hire guys, they move fast and pay attention.

After waiting forever the employee messed up my order. I asked the manager for a refund and got nothing but attitude. When asking the manager the reason she was upset with me another employee from the back told me to be quiet. I could not believe it. I told him to mind his business and he then took off his hat and apron. He then began to threaten me telling me to meet him outside. He finally went in the back again. Then the manager would not give me her name or the employee. This was the worse encounter I have ever had. They mess my order up and I get attitude and threated with violence?? Panera bread is a joke. I will never set foot in a Panera Bread again. They don't make their soups and their night staff should be fired.
