Terrible, I was ordering food last night and an employee was harassing a homeless lady who was doing nothing, she was just sitting and drinking water, she wasn’t yelling or being disruptive but the employee felt the need to tell her to to find a home, that’s she homeless and belittle her in front of customers.

I received a macaroni and cheese it was cold I took it back to the window the young lady told me just to go heat it up in the microwave. I’ve been asked to speak to a manager the manager told me that they were trying to figure it out I think it’s unacceptable to pay $50 for a meal and have to heat it up in the microwave.

First time I've ate at a Panera Bread. The food was really good and fresh.
