These guys all needed some coffee the day I was there. Seemed like no one was awake! We asked for coffee and wanted to get food but the cashier walked away from us to the cash register down the hall and we had to have her come back to finish our order. There was a line and the people behind us had experienced the same issues trying to order food. A guy ordered a sandwich behind us without cheese and they still called out the order with cheese. Didn't seem like they were really paying attention. The struggle was pretty unnecessary but the place was clean.

I stopped by Panera Bread the other day, wanting to get a cip of coffee and a bagel, not sliced or toasted. I expected to be in and out quickly because it was just about empty in the place. There was one person in front of me and two places to take orders. There were a half dozen people behind the counters all moving around but not looking at either one of us. After 15 minutes the other guy managed to place his order and about 5 minutes after that my order was taken. The only reason that I waited as long as I did was because I kept on assuming that with so many people pretending to look busy one would take my order in an instant. I would have to be crazy to go back again.
