Ordered my sausage, egg and cheese bagel sandwich and a coffee. Cashier gave me my coffee cup. Went to get some hazelnut coffee and it was out. Let the cashier know, she said it will be right out. We went and got a table and sat waiting for our order. I went and checked about 10 - 15 minutes later and still no coffee. Sat back down. A few minutes later pur food wasready. I took a couple bites of my sandwich then went to go coffee and it still wasn't full. Then i proceeded to the puck up area and i was told again that it would be right out. My husband went to check the next time, still no. Offee. Meanwhile I finished my sandwich and went up again t

Went to this place yesterday to get two soup and a Mac n cheese grilled cheese combos for $22.00. The grilled mac n cheese was cold and so was the soup. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Please don’t waste a huge amount of money when there are better options out there. I went to Farmer Boy’s got a two soups and grilled cheese and it was 100% better $15.00. The best part is that it was much cheaper and tasted MUCH BETTER. Don’t do it!

I love their salads and sandwiches but their flatbread is just so so, their “pick two” is expensive for portions you get, their soup is good but again pricey for the amount you get and I have quit eating at ALL of the Panera Breads because their prices are way too high compared to a comparable meal anywhere else.
