Every single time I’ve gotten food from here they have messed up my order. All I ask for is the sauce on the side instead of on my sandwich, and there’s always sauce on it. Today they did my sandwich right but didn’t give me my salad I ordered. The manager doesn’t care that then you have to drive all the way back there. Do not eat at this location!!!

Older lady at the register did not have patience. I ordered a cookie with my meal and she was using the same glove she used for the other customers. She would take the glove off at the register, hold it with one hand and as she moved around she would drag it along the counters and whatever she touched. I am really grossed out!!!

Panera Bread ran out of bread for the soup and refused to give sandwich bread in place of it. Instead the manager just kept telling me excuses why they didn't have any. They had sandwich bread but wanted to charge extra for it.
