There's a Panera 3 miles closer to where I live but I choose this location every time for the amazing service I receive from Wayne and the rest of the staff. Wayne goes out of his way to accommodate all of his customers in the best manner possible. Much appreciated!

This Panera Bread has always been a pleasant and peaceful location to have lunch with friends, to study privately over bagels and a drink, or to get a quick beverage and pastry! The staff is amazing! Particularly, one stand out at the point of sales kiosk is Wayne Nesmith! This particular employee greeted me with warmth, enthusiasm, amazing charisma, and a uplifting smile! Every time I have come to do business at this location, his professionalism and commitment to excellence stands out! Honestly, he has been one of the best customer serve representatives that I have encountered in recent memory! He is an incredible addition to my experience of dining at this location!
