I love Panera enjoy any time I eat at any location. I’ve never personally eaten inside of this one because I always do take out but this rating is for that take out only experience

We ordered take out after procedures at the hospital. The app worked well and our food was hot and correct after the stated 20 minute wait. (We ordered two pick two combos and drinks.) There is clear signage to the pick up area. An employee double-checked my name and if I needed anything else. If you order coffee they just give you a cup and let you make it to your preference.

I order quite a lot from Panera Bread the last few times I’ve ordered I’ve had trouble with my orders I thank you that you refund some of my money but I’d like my order to be right. love you guys but this is disappointing. My pizza came late and it was cold as you can see it’s like cardboard!
