this place is the worst for delivery they don't care so don't plan getting your food or having panera answering the phone when u call with your problem won.t be ordering from them again

Thursday August 12 at approximately 930 am, I somehow became locked out of my running automobile, parked next to the restaurant! My phone, purse, money and keys were "safely" inside. I went inside Panera, where I had planned to have breakfast. I told my "sob story" to the front counter girl who promptly called over her manager. ( I now know it was Rebecca Clark)!Mgr Rebecca looked up AAA's toll-free phone number, wrote it down for me, in addition to the restaurant's address.
