I ordered my food and waited a hour for it. I checked the app and it said my order was complete but I never got my order. Dawn probably stole my food and you need to fire her Becauseshe can’t do her job right

Nobody would take order at the counter. Lady that finally came up said she would get someone else to take our order then disappeared. Nobody came back. Wasn't busy. Not sure why they are even open. If you can't manage to even take people's order, close it down. Apparently nobody wants to work anymore. I would suggest going somewhere else and not wasting your time or money here. Culver's is always quick to take your order and bring out hot food.
