Panera Bread in Ridgeland

I have been ordering boxed lunches for small company events from Panera the last few weeks. You have to call for delivery, but it's very easy and Breah takes care of everything you need. She's professional and the deliveries have been coming in right on time. No doubt I will continue using Panera for future events.

Horrible customer service and less than okay coffee. I have held off on writing this hoping that the experience would change. It did not. This is a reoccurring theme.Every time I walk into this Panera there is no one else in line and walk right up to register. The workers continue to stock bread and bagels and doing other things. They can see me and I can see them and they ignore me. I understand finishing the one task that you were doing but to continue to do it is unacceptable. There are multiple people working in here outside of the people in the kitchen.The coffee is horrible and lukewarm. I even took some else to make sure I was not tripping and they said the same thing before I even got a chance to say anything.I have a free coffee subscription but it is starting to be worth it to pay for it somewhere else. Ordered online and did a pickup tonight. Grabbed my meal and looked inside to see what looked like the correct order. Got home and unwrapped what was supposed to be a full size sandwich and instead it was not. Wrapped it looked like a full, unwrapped it was a half. My chips are bigger than it. This is not the first time this location has done this. Managers need to step up and teach this generation how to properly make the sandwich we paid for and how to read the tickets/double check.
