Food was great. There's a leak in the bathroom where the menus the urinal told the manager when it cleaned it up but they need to fix that leak before somebody falls and sues them . Other than that it was a great place
Crazy about the bread. Greek salad was a staple of mine for decades. Sorry to see the quality of the Romaine lettuce take s nose dive. After getting some seriously aged looking lettuce I decided to wait a couple of weeks. This time it was actually worse with blackish sticky spots. I'm done.

The first time I have been less than impressed with a Panera Bread location. The service was very slow, even though there was no one else in the store and only one name ahead of mine on the to -go orders.I was not given a receipt until I asked for one and it turned out I was charged for what was supposed to be a free bagel. (They were giving away 1 a day to card holders.)And the bread that came with my soup was about half the usual size.When I pointed out these problems they were fixed, but with a very poor attitude. Don't think I will be going back to the location. Thankfully there are several others to choose from in Knoxville.
