Great pizza, but they are. so. SLOOOW.... Every time we call the woman says they are short staffed and apologizes for that. But they've been short staffed for over a year now. So instead of getting papa john's end up with Pizza Hut. I wish this Andover location would get it together because the pizza is actually pretty good.

Papa John’s in Andover has great service lead by Renee Hoffman! Even if they are busy she ensures you will have the correct order in a timely manner! Great food, even better customer service! I recommend the papadias!

Best pizza place. Casey should send their staff there to learn how to make pizza
