Papa John's Pizza in Richmond Hill

I was happy with my price until the app told me to redeem an offer. Thinking it wouldn't affect my price, I redeemed the offer and my price shot up $10 more. I made no changes but redeem a free item. Papa John's Explain to me how adding a FREE offer does this.? Making my pizza more expensive, when offering me a free item, does not make any logical sense to me. I can't even remove it. And for the love of GOD, hurry up with the delivery before my pizza gets cold. Many others have the same complaint, so what's the hold up on the changes? - AFTER: pizzas were delivered cold, not fresh and barely cut properly.

I give one star because the person that took the order was very pleasant, other than that NO STARS!! So the problem started when the delivery order was an hour late and when I called they said that it would be another 30 minutes. When the order finally arrived, an hour and a half later, it was a disappointment. We ordered 3 Papadias and they barely had any fixings in them and no dipping sauce in any of the three boxes. $31 and some change was a bit much for what we got or didn’t get.

I ordered a Shaq-A-Roni pizza on 9/18/2021. One side was suppose to be Spicy Italian Sausage & the other side only Pepperoni. I pick-up my pizza at the Richmond Hill Georgia location 69 minutes later as that was the given time that the pizza would be ready. I got home only to realize it was completely wrong!! It was a thin crust pizza something I've never ordered. And to top it off it was cold! It looked like as well as taste like a pizza out the frozen section of a grocery store. This was the WORSE PAPA JOHN'S PIZZA that I've ever had.. This didn't taste nothing like Papa Johns Pizza. I'll now be spending my money at Pizza Hut and/or Domino's..GET IT TOGETHER PAPA JOHN'S...SHAQ YOU NEED TO PURCHASE THIS PAPA JOHN'S LOCATION.
