I was wanting to pay cash when the delivery came but it went through my account anyway. So when I called to let them know of my mistake. I was told they would call me back once the driver came back to the store... I never heard back. I called 7 times and kept getting hung up on.. not very honest people working there

I ordered pizza today. I live less than 2 miles from the store, and it's 100° outside, yet my pizza arrived cold. ?! There were also issues with a past order. As much as I like the flavor of Papa John's pizza, I can see that ordering from the store is no longer an option.
