Papa John's Pizza in Apollo Beach

Well I called and the gentleman ask for my name I told him then he asked  pick up or delivery I said delivery and as soon as he saw my address   He said pick up only , that's to bad I was having a football party and was going to order 5 pies ,  now if he would of said I do not have anybody to deliver I would said ok .  So I guess this shop will is now screening people.

When you order pizza from a chain like Papa John's, you're not doing it because you expect the best pizza on the planet. What you do expect is a level of consistency with each order that is nearly guaranteed with each and every visit. Well...not this time. The wings were unspectacular but I expected that. The quality of ingredients and the taste of Papa John's pizza have dramatically declined. This pizza was actually so bad that I had to brush my teeth after eating it to get the taste out of my mouth. The crust was dry with a burnt cardboard taste, the toppings tasted cheap and the cheese tasted like cheap processed cheese. The toppings were sparse as I did not receive all six toppings on each slice. The spicy Italian sausage had no spicy flavor to it. Overall it was very bland and plain tasting and not nearly as good as a cheap frozen grocery store pizza. All four of us eating it agreed it was a bad choice; bad ingredients and bad pizza. Plus they forgot to include the free garlic dipping sauce, which may have made this pizza slightly more tolerable to eat. 4 large hungry adults and we were still only able to eat about two-thirds of this pizza as it tasted that bad. Good thing we had other food at the house to eat to fill us up.
