Ordered 2 pizzas and it took about 2 hours to get delivered. When I called they just told me they were busy. I get it but 2 hours???? When I asked for the manager I was told I was already speaking to one. No apology, no offers for discount, very disappointed and will not order Papa John's again! To top that off pizza was cold when it was finally delivered.....

Their chicken bites are amazing! Definitely fast service.You can get a 30 piece for LESS than what you'd spend on a 20 piece at McDonald's.

I'm strictly writing this on behalf of all of your customers. I believe in looking out for one another, so my intention is to not hurt a business but to give them things to work on, while warning customers. I ordered a pizza and waited 20 minutes, which isn't bad, for a cheese pizza. However, when I took a bite to try and indulge myself, also being with my friends, I found a piece of hair. Not only that but two of my other friends found a piece of hair in their pizza as well. I hope that Papa John's Pizza will finally take some initiative for the health and well-being of their customers. Sincerely Olivia Gallagher
