Papa John's Pizza in Richmond

Illegally added charges to my card. Literally left off sauce on my pizza. Refused to remedy the situation. Had to involve corporate. Disgusting service, after that I will never order from them again. Used to be a frequent customer

I ordered a pizza at 6pm, just one pizza. After 15 minutes the order said it was on the way which was very surprising because it was a friday night. After about 30 more minutes i checked and it said the pizza was delayed and it'd be here in 7-12 minutes, an hour later no pizza and it still said the same thing. I called the store and waiting on hold for 8 mins then recalled and spoke with someone who said they were delivering the pizza in 5 minutes. Two hours later, not even hungry anymore i finally got my pizza. Opened the box to see my extra sauce was missing and the pizza was cold and hard. very sad.

This location is incapable of good customer service. Time and time again, they let me down, but I keep running back because Papa John's pizza too bomb. Not anymore, Satan. Domino's for me. I ordered online from them today---real simple order, just a regular large pizza with a couple of toppings. Not thirty seconds after I placed this order online, I called them to let them know that the phone number associated with my account is my parents' home phone, not mine. I told them the name on the order, what I bought, the cell phone number I wanted them to call... Everything that they could possibly need to know to make this correction. The guy on the phone was nice and told me he'd take care of it for me. Cool. So, an hour passes. Your girl still hasn't gotten her pizza yet, and I just KNOW they messed up my phone number. Nice Guy on the phone let me down. I call them to politely ask where my pizza is, and they interrupt me to let me know that the reason that I didn't get it is because I put an inaccurate phone number down online. Well, yeah. But then I called you guys. The man on the phone didn't seem to care for my explanation that actually, this was not my fault, and hit me with some of that Southern "sounds nice but actually isn't" sass. He then told me my pizza would get to me in fifteen minutes. It's been an hour since this call, and still no pizza. I'm so hungry that I'm not even mad... Just disappointed. I cancelled my order and got a refund. Guess I'm having sleep for dinner!
