I'm giving this location one star because it's not possible to give them -5 stars. I tried to place a delivery order and in the app it said that it would take two hours and I was ordering at 7 PM. I called the location and was immediately put on hold before I could even say anything. Pizza was fine, driver had to drop another order off before ours. He sat at that address for 30 minutes after dropping the order off. Pizza took an hour to get to us after we were notified it was out for delivery. I understand being busy and it taking awhile to get orders out, but there's no reason for a driver to sit at another address for 30 extra minutes. Called to ask about the issue and was told the same thing, that they were busy and there wasn't anything they could do. No compensation was offered. Would've been happy with points or even free garlic knots or dessert or something. I won't be ordering from here again despite it being the only pizza place that will delivery to our address.

This location is a joke. Ordered $70 of pizza and tipped $18 but only half the order showed up. The driver said he would be back in 15 minutes with the rest of the order. 1 hour later, and no sign of him. Call the store and get put on permahold. Papa J Corp just needs to shutdown this joke of a location.
