Our order took forever, despite the estimated 25-35 minute delivery time. The delivery time. Was updated in the tracker and the pizza still came late (1.5 hours) and cold and not cut correctly. Called the store and spoke to manager about it and to their credit they offered to refund my money. Love Papa Johns, but the service has been so bad recently.

Donnie was not feeling great today so I thought I would order pizza so I did not have to cook. We ordered the new The Meats Gluten Free Crust for $12.99 from the Papa Johns in Chester, VA. I normally do not pay attention to price and order from Papa John's all the time. Well I was caught off guard when this tiny BURNT pizza arrived. I contacted the store and was transferred to a gentleman that kept insisting it was not burnt that this pizza cooks darker. I explained it was burnt but he kept saying it was not. Finally I said I wanted to order a regular meats and I would pay for it, I was tired and wanted to have dinner.
