This is the Papa John's that's nearest me, the one that delivers to me and that I can pickup from the easiest. I will now be taking my business to the next closest location. I've had some issues at this location before, and usually they're fine about admitting fault and replacing incorrect items. I recently had an order messed up, and related as much in a customer service follow up email. I got a response not long after, apologizing and even shedding some light on why that location's so hot and uncomfortable (poor team has no A/C). In this email was also, of course, an offer of a replacement pizza. I accepted via email, then heard nothing more from Papa John's in any capacity. It would've been one thing to send off a poor customer service response and hear nothing, but instead, I was contacted about the order disingenuously and that just left such a poor taste in my mouth.

They missed 5$ in sauces which they refused to refund and the drivers are wearing NO mask OR PPE Definitely don’t recommend

rough night tonight. just received our pizza. I messed up and dropped it on the floor. I called the papa John's who delivered. and they are graciously going to remake and resend the pizza as a replacement.
