I am a visitor to the area. I work contract assignments all over the country, this was the RUDEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A Papa John's Pizza. I paid for pizza delivered to work (local hospital). Was unable to get to the door when they came to drop off and they left within a few minutes (my co worker and I both were with patients and couldn't leave the dept) the delivery person took the pizza back to store. When I called the store they told me they couldn't deliver and we could come pick it up. They didn't have anyone to deliver now. Really...I couldn't get to the main entrance of the hospital to pick up because I was busy do you think I can LEAVE and come pick it up at the store? The kicker was when my coworker called to "order delivery" and when the person said yes they could deliver she said then bring the pizza to us and the person HUNG UP ON HER.
