I see why it’s rated so low. Needed to modify my order and was on hold for 6-7 minutes. decided to call back to place an order just to get someone on the phone and they said they would have to transfer me to the store. What? How can you take orders but not modify them. Get your sheet together. Lack luster customer service but what can you expect for the losers that work at a pizza company

I patted the delivery guy on his shoulder and told him I don’t really feel like paying. And I went inside with the pizza and he knocked down my door and screamed for the money so I slapped him in the face then he called me a Karen BUT NO!!! My name is Judy and I told him to start wearing KN-95’s because that N-95 just wasn’t cutting so I slapped him again and told him to change masks then I called the cops on him but they put ME! In jail and that really hurt my feelings so I rate this place a 3 because they still have good bread.

Worst experience ever, they sent my order to door dash whom happens to call me to tell me he was outside my apartment when i informed him i didn’t see him he then tells me to meet him at 7-eleven or McDonald’s which were both 10 mins from my house. I called papa Johns to inform them and they couldn’t suggest anything but to pick up my order! Never again! Stay away from this location.
