Nice people good pizza I like the carry out special

Placed a pick up order on Uber Eats for a 16" "The Meats" Brooklyn style pizza and a large bacon/jalapeno cheesebread and it said that I would be ready in 20 mins. When I showed up to get my order the cashier told me that it hasn't even been started and it would take an additional 30 to 45 minutes so I left and came back approximately 1 hour later. My order wasnt even warm and the pizza looked like it was reheated in a microwave, the breadsticks were still doughy and the jalapenos on it were mushy/soggy. Wasted 40$ and over 2 hours of my time. ANY Little Caesars is hands down better than this Papa John's location. Its too bad I can't rate them with a negative star
