Looks grimy. And dirty. The 92% rating can be seen from outside the window. I don't know why papa johns allows this business to claim their name. I ordered online. My order was supposed to take 20-25 mins to be ready. I walked in after 25 mins. And it was not ready. I went to my car and sat and waited another 10 mins and went it. Still not ready. Just got off the phone with manager, Phillip at the Merrimon Avenue location. So sorry to say that service has gone to the wayside during this tumultuous time in America. My daughter ordered 3 pizzas in my presence and one of the pizzas was incorrect. I called immediately after delivery and kindly expressed my concern and was told that he backs his staff, that it was our fault it was cheese not pepperoni and essentially, gave me the verbal finger. Shocked by this as I have been a supporter of this business for almost 20 years, no more and I said to him that service is what separates the best from the better--he could have not been more rude and dismissive and we will NEVER order from this place again (North Asheville peeps--I will be letting all of you know)--Shame, shame!!
