Papa John's Pizza in Asheville

The Works Pizza was super tasty and delivered really fast! Uber Eats would not deliver to our location (within 2 miles!), so we had to call directly. Really satisfied with the service. Didn't know that Papa John's pizzas were SO good. Great dough and toppings. Highly recommend!

Acknowledge when an order is done incorrectly. We heard the person that was ordering ask for two pepperoni and he received two cheese. The receipt had the incorrect item entered. When I called to report the error, I didn't receive a resolution. The associate that answered the phone said she entered what she thought he meant. If she was unsure, she should have asked to be sure. Our order is probably not the only one that will be entered incorrectly today.

We were traveling to Asheville and the only place open that delivered after we arrived at the hotel was this Papa John's Pizza.  There was trouble placing the order as they repeatedly put us on hold.  When the pizza finally arrived, we were watching the election (it was Nov. 8) on TV.   We asked the man about the election and he mentioned that he did not like Donald Trump. When we opened the pizza, it was the wrong pizza (we had ordered mushrooms, tomatoes, and extra sauce, but there were none of these).  Unfortunately, the pizza man had already left.  We called 828 255-0000 and asked to speak to the manager.  A man came on the phone, but when we told him about the mistake, he abruptly said "F*#k Trump" and then hung up the phone. The next day we called again to speak to the manager.  Daniel came on the phone.  We explained to him that not only had we received the wrong order but that we had been insulted when we had called to complain.  ...
