10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I am new to the area and staying g at a hotel, during covid delivery for food has been a huge help. My husband and I had a mi or issue with the driver not knocking. Not a big deal, they are trying to push no contact delivery, so I understand. But a knock still would've helped. I called and asked to speak to a manager, and was made to feel not only heard but understood and made to feel valued by the GM Courtney. Her customer service goes above and beyond. She personally delivered a fresh hit pizza to us, within 20 minutes of my call. Can't thank you enough Courtney. You are amazing.

An hour and a half and we are still waiting for the phantom pizza from Papa John's Pizza in Normandy Park. I guess this restaurant has earned its two measly stars for poor service and strange behavior. After ordering, we waited and waited. The app said the pizza was on its way. Then, suddenly, my son in law noticed that the order said it was cancelled. We didn't cancel the order. My son in law called and was told that the cancellation was a mistake and that the order was on its way and that it would be free. The order never arrived. Almost two hours has now passed, and it is possible that two pizzas are now lost by the side of the road. Plus, they have not posted the refund. That may be another long wait. (For some reason my review above originally posted to a yelp account I have never used, so I recopied it to this account that I have used since 2011. I will try to delete the review from the wrong account,)
