Made a call for carryout, they took the order and told me when to arrive, and they called while I was in the parking lot waiting to tell me they are too busy to do carryout, they are only doing delivery. They were going to have me leave and they would deliver it to me. It made absolutely no sense and we had to speak to the manager in order to get our food. I am sure it was his idea to not do carryout...and I am sure it was for them to make more money off delivery fees. Whatever the reason, it wasnt articulated well and it made for a poor experience.
