After hitting send for my order I was told it would be 2.50 hours to receive my pizza. Once on the phone attempting to speak with a manager to change it to pick up I waited 30 mins for a manager to get on the phone bc not only didn't the first person not know how to change it the second person answering the phones didn't know either. The second person answered Hello no Thanks for calling or nothing while waiting on the manager several people pick up qnd the last person hung up on me. This is terrible.

We will never eat at papa johns pizza again,, we give all pizza restaurants at least 2-3 chances to get it right I can understand at Times mistakes happen, but papa Johns blew the first time around,, sorry thank you BUT NO THANK YOU ,,I would rather pay twice the amount at. Domino’s Pizza for some real good outstanding wings and pizza,, this place is pathetic
