Absolutely terrible. Ordered online for pickup because I had to go to Fedex next door too. PJ's website said 35-45 minutes so went pickup ~35 minutes after ordering. Young lady behind the counter told me they were WAY behind and would be another 20-30 minutes. Sat in my truck in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting, went back in to check and she said "we are about to start on your pizza!" ... start!!! one hour after pizza was ordered online they were about to 'start' on our pizza! Could not believe it! Got my refund and left... never to return!!!

Second time having burned garlic knots. Pizza is amazing!

Delivery driver missed the extra sauces we ordered. They offered to bring them out but what's the point in waiting for that? Thin crust pizza wasn't cut through...that's just sad. Garlic knots are so over cooked and crispy. They did refund order. But I want good papa johns pizza. guess we will have to order elsewhere.
