Customers for over 20 years with Papa JohnsHorrible experience. Ordered 2 pizzas online1) light cheese2) one with extra cheese .Got one pizza without any cheese and the one that was suppose to have extra cheese had very little cheese . My mom Called the store to let them know . The manager MAX kept on arguing with her over the phone . I took the phone from her ( my mom is 75 years old ) That Manager on the phone kept on telling us that what we are saying is not true kept on raising his voice was extremely rude and pretty much called us liars.We did not ask for a refund or for them...

Never tried Papa Johns Pizza before last night. Ordered online. About 5 minutes after completing order and paying with credit card, I get a call that they will not deliver to my apartment even though i am in their delivery area. Gave no reason. First and last time ordering Papa Johns.
