The pizza at Papa Johns is usually great but not at this location. It’s cheaper to order online than in store about -$3 per pizza. Front Desk is pretty Hardcore and want you to feel every bit of the “we’re Super understaffed” feeling. Bad pizza, bad service, misinformation in price & fingerpointing. Management needs to take more responsibility.

This place is the worst, go somewhere else, customers are treated like trash. Jennie the manager at the time no custservice skills whatsoever.I order 3 meat pizzas. Paid $37 and what I get was 2 cheese pizza s.Not even 1 star.Get Little Cesar's or Pizza hut.The wait for this trash is not worth it.

Ordered original crust pizza online and received a thin crust. Called them and they said that's just how their pizzas look like. I don't think so. Papa johns pizza is my favorite and I been ordering many times now and the original crust doesn't look like a thin crust. This store is just making papa johns look bad. I wish i could add a picture.
